For orders requiring personalisation then please allow up to 7 working days before dispatch, We currently have a high order volume as we head towards Christmas . Our standard delivery cost is £3.50 and orders take approx 3-5 days to arrive once we have shipped. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about an express service and we will be able to give you a price.
We currently only deliver to the UK. Remote UK postcodes (Some outer islands) will require a surcharge and we will contact you in the event that the delivery postcode falls into this surcharge category. We will notify you with the extra cost and will ask you to confirm before going forward with your order.

We do offer free local delivery to postcodes near us, please only tick this option if the delivery address falls in the postcodes stated . Please contact us if you require further information or would like to arrange this service.

Please contact us to request a return. Return items are at your cost. Please ensure the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please also return it to us in the original inner and outer packaging. We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in the post, so it is advisable to return items to us using a tracking method.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy and in the event of items arriving damaged then please provide photo's so this can be followed up with the delivery company. Damaged items need to be reported to us within 24hours of delivery.

If you have made a mistake on a personalised/customised order then advise us ASAP and we will see what we can do to help and if we are able to change the order before processing.
